I think the power has to be in you before others can see it! But this is all semantics, I am sure. The important thig (for me, anyway) is to know that I am powerful.

Power is created by the actions we take to enhance the being of ourselves and others.

When others see energy and movement towards aforesaid goals they start to perceive one as being powerful.

It is not something that one can state and/or demand of others to acknowledge...

It is something that they see in you or not!

Thank you for this, Lewee -- my personal powerhouse.

I think that our power is really the impact or effect we have on others. And if we don't relate to them, our power cannot be expressed. So everyone we know represents an opportunity for us to be powerful through self-expression. It's not what we're selling or what we have to offer that counts; it's the way we relate to others and how authentic, open and honest we are that counts.

Funny how I need to keep reminding myself of this...
