Investment versus Engagement or Pancakes versus Crepes

A wonderful exploration of our fleeting relationships using social media. Thank you Sheryl!

That's a pity, Tia - it's just too small for me to read. Is there a link to a bigger one?

Yes, and that fear is the thing that people need to remove by being stronger in themselves.

I have spent a lifetime creating change, but usually in marketing communications and corporate identity, which is a very interesting area. But the most interesting is art.

Andy,

Thank you also for your support - let me know if I can help.
Lewis, Andy was very helpful to me in understanding how new and old systems could collaborate.

Change can happen without completely sacrificing continuity which is really what people fear, I suspect, that leads to resisting change.

Good to hear from you, Andy, and thanks for the introduction.

Hi Andy. I'm glad to hear things are working out for you.

And thanks for your warm wishes! I'll continue with your angel when I get back to my computer again!

Hi Yvette and Lewis,
I am very glad to see the two of you chatting. Lewis, I call Yvette "my angel". I apologize for being so out of the loop. Baby Benjamin is going to be here any day, and the interest in my services is popping like popcorn. I have also attracted some incredible "entrepreneurs" and we are teaming up to launch our pilots here. It's a very long story, and really quite incredible, but I am anticipating having funding very soon to launch numerous pilots.

In regards to you dialogue, I just presented at a Sustainable Tourism conference today, a very nice one I must admit. And someone asked me about the human "contact", and I told them that is not replaceable. But like your chat suggests, I feel there is a dynamic new "evolutionary" thing happening. For my PhD, I actually used a "perspective" called co-evolutionary, describing a recursive interaction between humans and the machines. But, this perspective was not "measurable" so I had to support with "actor-network theory". The inability to "measure" supports the inability of existing scientific paradigms to appreciate a new reality emerging.

However, I am finally getting to the point of knowing which pile of emails, and which networks give me any "warm fuzzies" and substantive results as I flit around like a butterfly.

I really enjoy the dialogue and think you are two of the most phenomenal artists that I know. Take care dear friends - and isn't it interesting that I can say that with complete sincerity and I have never met either of you in person. Hmmmm . . . I think that is beautiful.

This sounds very interesting. I'll take a look.

That's it, Lewis! Our humanity has to evolve individually as well as collectively because that is how collective action works :-) What I have been working on is how to integrate this other level of our experience with technology and information in such a way that it nurtures personal growth.

Now what information technology funding organization wants to have that dialgoue and support that work? I don't know but I can tell you that our future depends on it. Check out this House of Card Diagram - i am doing a series based on this and inviting other artists to collaborate...small group have said yes.
